Celes Chere Rule 34

Celes Chere is a central figure in Final Fantasy VI, a former general of the Gestahlian Empire who possesses the rare ability to wield magic. She is visually defined by her long blonde hair, blue eyes, and a blue headband that keeps her hair in place. Her signature outfit is a green leotard paired with a white cape, pauldrons, blue wristbands, and blue boots, though she also appears in a purple tube top, cropped yellow vest, detached sleeves, yellow pants, and brown boots. In terms of personality, she is stoic, disciplined, and carries a heavy sense of duty, often struggling with her identity and past. Fan artists are drawn to her striking design, frequently depicting her in dynamic poses that highlight her athletic build, and often pair her with other characters like Terra Branford, Sophia, Relm Arrowny, and Ahriman. Common artistic focuses include her flowing hair, the details of her armor, and her expressive eyes.
