Celty Sturluson Rule 34

Celty Sturluson is a central figure in the Durarara!! series, a Dullahan who travelled from Ireland to Japan in search of her missing head. In public she conceals her nature behind a black full-body motorcycle suit and a yellow helmet with cat-like ears, riding a bike drawn by her spectral horse. Because she has no head, she cannot speak and relies on a phone-like device to communicate, while black smoke constantly rises from her neck and can be shaped into clothing or solid forms. Her detached head, sometimes shown reattached in fan art, has short reddish-brown hair and blue-green eyes. Artists often emphasise the contrast between her imposing suit and her gentle, loyal personality, and enjoy depicting her with the helmet removed or her head restored. Crossovers are frequent, placing her beside Pikachu, Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Orihara Izaya and Gachapin, with tags reflecting her blue or yellow eyes, headless silhouette and the smoke she controls.
