Chibi Usa Rule 34

Chibi Usa is a character from the manga and anime series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, created by Takeuchi Naoko. She shares her full name, Tsukino Usagi, with the series protagonist, and is distinguished by the nickname Chibi Usa, meaning "small Usagi." Hailing from the thirtieth century, she travels to the past to seek the Sailor Senshi's aid and later returns to train as a Senshi in her own right, fighting as Sailor Chibi Moon. She is also known as Small Lady Serenity and Black Lady. Her most recognisable features are her long pink hair, often styled in twin odango with trailing tails, and her sailor uniform, which includes a blue skirt, red bows, a leotard, and red high-heeled boots. Personality-wise, she is spirited, headstrong, and sometimes bratty, but also loyal and determined. Fan artists frequently depict her in both civilian and Senshi forms, emphasising her pink hair, boots, and bows, and often pair her with Tsukino Usagi or Sailor Moon.
