Cissia (Zenless Zone Zero) Rule 34

Cissia is a playable character in the action role-playing game Zenless Zone Zero. She is a Snake Thiren and a member of the Metropolitan Order Division under the New Eridu Public Security, having been brought into the unit by Jane Doe and currently serving under Severian Lowell. Cissia has red eyes and long blonde hair styled with a diagonal half-up braid, a side ponytail, and an ahoge. Her outfit includes a highleg multicolored leotard, frilled detached sleeves, a microskirt, black thighhighs, and black boots. She wears a tracking collar and broken handcuffs that can deliver electric shocks, and her snake companion, Chalky, often rests around her neck and shoulders. In combat, she wields a polearm that can transform into twin whips. Fan artists frequently depict her alongside Chalky, Belle, Wise, Jane Doe, and Zhu Yuan, focusing on her distinctive hairstyle, revealing attire, and the contrast between her dangerous accessories and her poised demeanor. Her expressions, especially those with her tongue out, are also popular subjects.
