Emperor Penguin (Kemono Friends) Rule 34

The Emperor Penguin is a character from the Kemono Friends multimedia project, where she is one of the many animal girls known as Friends residing in Japari Park. She is a member of the Penguins Performance Project, where she is referred to as Emperor or Koutei. Visually, she wears a black and white hoodie that mimics penguin plumage, with sleeves that end in mittens resembling flippers. Her hood is yellow, and she wears the hoodie open to reveal a white leotard with a wide collar that fades to yellow, along with thigh-high socks. She has long black hair with a long bang covering her left eye, and a thin orange streak that represents a penguin's beak. As the largest penguin species, she is notably tall compared to other Friends. Fan artists often focus on her sleek, elegant appearance and her performance attire, emphasizing her height and the distinctive yellow accents of her design.
