Fubuki (Kancolle) Rule 34

Fubuki is a character from the Kantai Collection franchise, where she personifies the Japanese destroyer of the same name. She is depicted as a young woman with long black hair styled in a small ponytail with sidelocks, and black eyes. Her standard attire is a serafuku consisting of a white shirt, blue sailor collar, neckerchief, blue pleated skirt, black socks, and grey rudder-shaped footwear. Her rigging includes a funnel and foremast worn as a backpack, two triple torpedo tubes strapped to her thighs, and a twin gun mount held like a handgun. In personality, she is earnest and diligent, though often regarded as plain due to a lack of distinctive quirks. She serves as the viewpoint character in the official 4-koma manga Fubuki-chan Gambarimasu! and the lead in the Kantai Collection anime. Fan artists frequently draw her in her various in-game forms, such as Kai Ni and Kai San, as well as in seasonal and collaboration outfits. Her simple, relatable design and central role make her a common subject for both solo and group illustrations.
