Graf Zeppelin (Azur Lane) Rule 34

Graf Zeppelin is a character from the mobile game Azur Lane, where warships are personified as young women. She represents the German aircraft carrier of the same name. In the game, she is portrayed as a stoic and aloof individual, often appearing cold and distant, but with a hidden depth. Her design features long, voluminous grey hair, red eyes, and a black double-breasted military uniform with a white pleated miniskirt. She wears iron crosses on her belt and sleeve cuffs, black gloves, pantyhose, and high heels, along with a white fur-trimmed cloak and a black peaked cap. Fan artists are drawn to her striking appearance, particularly her flowing hair and detailed uniform, and often depict her in various poses and expressions that highlight her elegant yet reserved nature. Her alternate version, Zeppy, also appears in fan works. The character was designed by Kishiyo and is voiced by Kayano Ai.
