Hibiki (Kancolle) Rule 34

Hibiki is a character from the mobile game Kantai Collection, where she is the personification of the Japanese destroyer Hibiki. She is part of the Akatsuki-class of destroyers. Visually, she is distinguished by her long white or grey hair and blue eyes. She wears a white and dark blue serafuku, black thighhighs, and a flat cap with 'III' written on it. In terms of personality, Hibiki is stoic and has a strong affinity for Russian culture, often incorporating rudimentary Russian into her speech. Her catchphrase is 'хорошо' (horosho), meaning 'good' or 'okay'. She is also known by the nickname 'Phoenix' because she survived severe damage multiple times during the war. In her remodeled form, she is called Verniy, reflecting the historical ship's transfer to the Soviet Union. Fan artists frequently depict Hibiki in her standard outfit or as Verniy, focusing on her calm demeanor and Russian elements.
