Hishikawa Rikka Rule 34

Hishikawa Rikka is a central character in the anime series DokiDoki! Precure. She is a close friend of Aida Mana and often acts as the voice of reason, trying to keep Mana out of trouble while quietly wishing for a peaceful life. When danger arises, Rikka transforms into the magical warrior Cure Diamond. In her civilian form, she is recognisable by her long blue hair and blue eyes, and she sometimes wears red-framed glasses. As Cure Diamond, her outfit features diamond motifs and cool blue tones that match her calm, dependable personality. Fan artists are drawn to her elegant design, the contrast between her everyday look and her heroic alter ego, and her loyal, caring relationship with Mana. Common depictions highlight her graceful appearance, her transformation, and her role as a steadfast protector. Her Japanese voice actress is Kotobuki Minako.
