Ibaraki Kasen Rule 34

Kasen Ibaraki is a character from the Touhou Project series, introduced in the official manga Wild and Horned Hermit. She is a hermit with pink hair and red eyes, known for her right arm being wrapped in bandages that contain magical smoke rather than a physical arm. She wears a white shirt, green skirt, and a tabard with a red rose. Kasen is often accompanied by her animal companions, including a dragon, eagles, a raijuu, and a tiger. Her personality is enigmatic and she often acts as a mentor figure. Fan artists frequently depict her with her pets, eating steamed buns, or exploring her speculated oni nature, given her title and shackle. Her association with other hermits like Kaku Seiga also inspires antagonistic portrayals.
