Isobe Noriko Rule 34

Isobe Noriko is a character from the anime and film series Girls und Panzer. She serves as the commander and loader of Team Duck, operating a Type 89 I-Gou tank for Ooarai Girls Academy's tankery team. Noriko is also the captain of the volleyball club and is determined to revive it through the success of the tankery team. She is a hot-blooded and enthusiastic individual, often shouting her motto 'GUTS!!' and practicing volleyball tosses daily as a setter. Her recognizable look includes short dark hair and the standard Ooarai tankery uniform. Fan artists tend to focus on her energetic personality, her role as a tank commander, and her connection to volleyball, often depicting her in action or with her teammates. Her name is a reference to Isobe Sata, a member of the 1964 Japanese Olympic gold-medal winning volleyball team.
