Julia Chang Rule 34
Julia Chang is a fighter from the Tekken series of fighting games, first appearing in Tekken 3. She is an environmentalist who enters the King of Iron Fist Tournament to find ways to improve her homeland, and she is the adopted daughter of Michelle Chang. Her recognisable look includes brown hair in a braided ponytail, a headband, and costumes such as a sleeveless crop top with a denim miniskirt and flame-print boots over white thigh-highs. She also appears under the masked persona Jaycee. Fan artists often depict her alongside Nina Williams and Jaycee, emphasising her athletic fighting stance, her distinctive outfits and accessories, and the contrast between her serious, determined personality and her striking visual design.
