Katsushika Hokusai is a Foreigner-class servant in Fate/Grand Order, a figure inspired by the renowned Japanese ukiyo-e artist. The summoned character is actually his daughter, Katsushika Oei, who serves as the vessel, while the true Hokusai exists as a small black octopus named Toto-sama accompanying her. Oei is depicted as a young woman with blue eyes, dark hair often styled in a bun with multiple hair bows, and a distinctive forehead. Her attire blends traditional Japanese elements with artistic motifs, reflecting her role as an artist. In her third ascension, Toto-sama takes over her body, resulting in an octopus-themed costume with a purple color scheme. Fan artists frequently draw her alongside Abigail Williams in various outfits, Toto-sama, and Baobhan Sith. Common focuses include her hair bows, forehead, and bust, as well as her intimate apparel and the dynamic between her and Toto-sama. The character design is by Kuroboshi Kouhaku, and she is voiced by Yukana.
