Komeiji Koishi Rule 34

Komeiji Koishi is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as the Extra Stage boss in Subterranean Animism and later becoming playable in several fighting games. She is a youkai who closed her third eye to seal her mind-reading ability, which also suppressed her conscious mind and gave her the power to manipulate the subconscious. As a result, she lacks a distinct personality and wanders Gensokyo aimlessly. Koishi has medium-length green hair and green eyes, and her third eye is tied with a heart-shaped string. She wears a black hat with a yellow bow, a yellow collared shirt with frilly sleeves and diamond buttons, a green frilled skirt, and black boots. Fan artists often depict her with a blank or cheerful expression, emphasizing her closed third eye and subconscious-driven nature. Her design and mysterious demeanor make her a popular subject for artwork.
