Matoi Ryuuko Rule 34

Ryuko Matoi is the central protagonist of the anime Kill la Kill. She is a determined and hot-headed fighter who wields half of a giant pair of scissors as a weapon. Her appearance is marked by short black hair with a distinctive red streak. She is most often seen wearing Senketsu, a sentient sailor uniform that transforms into a more revealing battle outfit, exposing her midriff and, in its powered-up state, her underboob. Ryuko also owns a sukajan, a souvenir jacket that has become iconic among fans despite her rarely wearing it in the series. In fan art, artists frequently depict her in various states of Senketsu, from its normal form to its transformed version, and often emphasize her fierce personality and signature weapon. Crossovers and meme-inspired renditions are also popular, reflecting her status as a modern anime icon.
