Miyako (Hidamari Sketch) Rule 34

Miyako is a resident of the Hidamari Apartments in the slice-of-life series Hidamari Sketch, where she lives alongside her fellow art students and neighbours. She is known for her easygoing, energetic and somewhat mischievous personality, often acting on impulse and pulling her friends into spontaneous schemes. Visually she is recognisable by her short brown hair, brown eyes and casual everyday clothing, and she is frequently depicted alongside Yuno, Hiro, Sae and other residents of the apartment building. Fan artists tend to focus on her playful expressions, her relaxed posture and the warm, comfortable atmosphere she shares with the other girls. Group compositions showing the Hidamari residents together are especially common, as are light-hearted scenes that highlight her close friendships and her tendency to lighten the mood. Her design and demeanour make her a popular subject for gentle, humorous illustrations.
