Mutsu (Kancolle) Rule 34

Mutsu is a character from the Kantai Collection franchise, where she is the personification of the Japanese battleship Mutsu. She is a Nagato-class battleship, and her design is credited to Shizuma Yoshinori. Visually, she has short brown hair, green eyes, and a distinct outfit that includes a hairband shaped like a ship's bridge, a white midriff-baring top, white gloves, a black pleated miniskirt, red thighhighs, and grey rudder-like footwear. Her rigging features four 41 cm twin gun mounts attached to her waist and a funnel on her back, along with a chain and anchor wrapped around her left leg. In terms of personality, Mutsu is often portrayed as calm and somewhat teasing, but she is also known for her low luck stat in the game, which references her historical loss in a magazine explosion. This has led to fan depictions where she is comically fragile, exploding at the slightest provocation, such as sneezing or coughing. Fan artists frequently focus on these traits, as well as her distinctive headgear, which sometimes leads to her being drawn as a snail.
