Onitsuka Natsumi Rule 34

Onitsuka Natsumi is a character from the Love Live! Superstar!! anime and its associated projects. She is an online streamer, known in the story as an L-tuber, whose main preoccupation is gaining views and earning money from her broadcasts. She has a distinctive look with pink eyes and blonde hair that fades into pink, worn in low twin braids at the front. In personality she is energetic and openly ambitious, with a commercial streak that sets her apart from the more idealistic members of her group. Fan artists often draw her alongside Wakana Shiki, Yoneme Mei, Sakurakoji Kinako, Hazuki Ren and Shibuya Kanon, and group compositions are common in the gallery. The artwork tends to highlight her gradient hair, her expressive reactions and her performer's confidence, sometimes placing her in relaxed seated poses among the other characters.
