P-Head Producer Rule 34

The P-Head Producer is a distinctive character from THE IDOLM@STER franchise, recognized by his head shaped like the letter "P"—whether as a mask or his actual head. He serves as the Producer in the spin-off series Puchimasu!, where he is voiced by Junji Majima in the anime, earning him the nickname "Majima P." This character is an adult male with a tall, lean build and long hair, often seen in a producer's attire. His personality is professional and supportive, though his unusual appearance adds a quirky charm. In fan art, artists frequently depict him in romantic or intimate scenarios with various female idols, particularly Shijou Takane, Kanzaki Ranko, Himesaki Rinami, and Totoki Airi. Common visual elements include large breasts, blushing, and speech bubbles, with some works featuring explicit content marked by bar censor.
