Perona Rule 34

Perona is a character from the One Piece series, known as the Ghost Princess. She first appears as one of the Mysterious Four, commanding the Wild and Surprise zombies on Thriller Bark. Her signature look includes pink twin drills, blunt bangs, and red lips. Pre-timeskip, she wears a red caplet over a cropped white shirt, a red miniskirt, striped leggings, red knee boots, and a red crown. Post-timeskip, she adopts a two-tone black and white strapless dress, a black oversized top hat, and carries a parasol. Perona possesses the Horo Horo no Mi Devil Fruit, allowing her to create ghosts, project her spirit, and drain her enemies' will to fight. She is often associated with Roronoa Zoro and Dracule Mihawk, having lived on Mihawk's island during the timeskip. Fan artists frequently depict her with her pet zombie Kumacy, and focus on her distinctive fashion and ghostly abilities.
