Prinz Eugen (Kancolle) Rule 34

Prinz Eugen is a character from the video game Kantai Collection, where she represents the German heavy cruiser of the same name. She was designed by Shimada Fumikane and is voiced by Ozawa Ari. In the game, she is depicted as a young woman with long blonde hair styled in twintails, held by anchor-shaped ornaments, and aqua-colored eyes. She wears a military uniform that shares similarities with Bismarck's, but includes a pleated black microskirt and short black over-kneehighs. In her remodeled form, her uniform features a camouflage pattern, her skirt becomes white, and her turrets turn blue. Her personality is often portrayed as confident and slightly teasing, with a strong sense of pride. Fan artists frequently focus on her distinctive twintails, her military-inspired outfit, and the contrast between her elegant appearance and her powerful presence. Common depictions highlight her interactions with other Kriegsmarine characters, particularly Bismarck, and her various in-game forms, including the default and remodeled versions.
