Rika (Pokemon) Rule 34

Rika is a Ground-type specialist and a member of the Elite Four in the Paldea region of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. She also works as the receptionist for the Pokémon League, conducting the Champion Assessment interview. Known for her relaxed and easygoing manner, she speaks in a casual Kansai dialect and often calls the player "kiddo," punctuating her speech with a distinctive laugh. Her signature Pokémon is Clodsire. Visually, she is recognized by her green hair, triangle earrings, and various piercings, along with a confident, unbothered expression. In fan art, she is frequently depicted alongside Rotom, the Rotom Phone, and Clodsire, with common motifs including jewelry, collarbone accents, and occasional embarrassed reactions. Her Japanese name, Chili, has led Japanese fans to associate her with the chili pepper emoji. Artists often emphasize her laidback charm, distinctive accessories, and the contrast between her cool demeanor and moments of fluster.
