Sailor Pluto Rule 34

Sailor Pluto is one of the Outer Senshi in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, a guardian whose powers extend over time and space. She carries the Garnet Rod, topped with the Garnet Orb, one of the three talismans held by the Outer Senshi. In her civilian form she is Meiou Setsuna. Initially bound to her solitary duty as the guardian of time, she later joins Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune in battle. Her uniform is distinguished by its dark tones, with a bow, boots and a sailor collar, and she is recognisable by her long dark green hair, dark skin and the tall staff she wields. Fans often depict her as calm, dignified and somewhat mysterious, emphasising her role as a stoic protector. In fan art she is frequently drawn alongside Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, reflecting their partnership, and artists tend to highlight the Garnet Rod, her composed expression and the contrast between her dark uniform and the brighter colours of the other Senshi.
