Scanty (Psg) Rule 34

Scanty is a demon character from the anime series Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, where she serves as one of the main antagonists alongside her sister Kneesocks. She is a tall, red-skinned demon with long green hair, prominent horns, and green eyes, often dressed in a sharp, formal outfit that contrasts with the chaotic angels she opposes. Scanty is confident, composed, and enjoys a playful rivalry with Panty and Stocking, frequently engaging in battles that blend action with the show's irreverent humor. In fan art, she is commonly depicted with her sister Kneesocks, as well as with the angels and Brief, reflecting her role as a recurring rival. Artists often emphasize her striking red complexion, horns, and elegant demeanor, sometimes placing her in group compositions or playful scenarios with speech bubbles. Her distinct design and antagonistic charm make her a favorite subject for dynamic, colorful illustrations.
