Shoukaku (Kancolle) Rule 34

Shoukaku is a character from the mobile game Kantai Collection, where she is the personification of the Japanese aircraft carrier of the same name. She has long white hair with a hairband, brown eyes, and wears a white kimono top with a red hakama short skirt, black thigh boots with rudder and propeller gear, and a black muneate marked with her identifier 'Shi'. Her rigging is an archery setup, with a flight deck on her right arm, a brown yugake glove, anti-aircraft guns on her waist and boots, and a quiver on her back. She is calm, gentle, and polite, reflecting her historical career where she often returned for repairs. Fan artists often depict her in various outfits and seasonal themes, and sometimes with her sister ship Zuikaku.
