Shuten Douji is an Assassin-class Servant in Fate/Grand Order, an oni of legend who first appeared during the Rashoumon event and later serves as a Master in the Imperial Holy Grail War of the Heian-kyou Singularity. She is a playful, hedonistic figure with a taste for sake and a dangerous, teasing charm that masks her monstrous nature. Visually she is recognised by skin-covered horns, a short purple bob, and purple eyes, dressed in an open purple kimono over a revealing outfit, often barefoot in jewelled sandals. She is frequently depicted holding a sakazuki cup or a sword, and is commonly paired with Ibaraki Douji. Fan artists focus on her elegant oni features, her relaxed yet predatory demeanour, and the many alternate costumes and seasonal outfits she has received, ranging from festival wear to swimsuits and formal attire.
