Tenryuu (Kancolle) Rule 34

Tenryuu is a character from the mobile game and multimedia franchise Kantai Collection, where she represents the Japanese light cruiser of the same name. Designed by Ayaki and voiced by Iguchi Yuka, she has short purple hair, yellow eyes, and an eyepatch over her left eye. Her standard attire includes a white collared shirt, a checkered black necktie, a black jacket, a black skirt, black thighhighs, knee-high boots, and partially fingerless gloves. Her rigging is semi-futuristic, featuring her historical bridge on her back with two 14 cm single gun mounts and floating headgear. In fan works, Tenryuu is often portrayed with a tough, confident personality, frequently using the catchphrase 'Heh, you scared?' However, this is often humorously subverted because her in-game stats are considered subpar for her ship type, leading to her being used more for expeditions than combat. She is also commonly depicted as a caretaker for destroyer characters due to her low fuel cost.
