The Herta (Honkai: Star Rail) Rule 34

The Herta is a character from the video game Honkai: Star Rail. She is the true human form of the genius Herta, a member of the Genius Society and the creator of the Herta Space Station's puppet system. In the game, she appears as a five-star character with a distinct witch-like aesthetic. She has very long ash-brown hair, purple eyes, and a small chest. Her outfit includes a black witch hat with a purple brim, a black detached collar with a white ascot, a strapless black dress, long detached sleeves, grey pantyhose, and uneven purple-black gradient boots. She is known for her confident and somewhat eccentric personality, often displaying a sharp wit and a love for research. Fan artists frequently draw her with other characters such as Herta's puppet, the Trailblazer, Caelus, and Ruan Mei. Common focuses include her long hair, hat, and dress, as well as her expressive purple eyes and occasional blush.
