Toga Himiko Rule 34

Toga Himiko is a prominent antagonist in the superhero series Boku no Hero Academia. She is a villain associated with the League of Villains and later the Paranormal Liberation Front. Her Quirk, Transform, allows her to assume the appearance of anyone whose blood she ingests. She is instantly recognizable by her blonde hair styled in messy double buns with blunt bangs and sidelocks, and her yellow eyes with slit pupils, often accentuated by dark eyeliner. She frequently blushes and grins widely, revealing prominent fangs. Her typical outfit is a sailor-style uniform with a blue collar and red neckerchief, worn under a yellow cardigan, paired with a blue pleated skirt, black knee-high socks, and brown loafers. In combat, she adds a black bandana or mask with a tooth pattern, a green utility belt, thigh straps with pouches, and a back-mounted tank connected to shoulder canisters that function as syringes. Fan artists often depict her alone or alongside characters such as Mirko, Mineta Minoru, Midoriya Izuku, and Uraraka Ochaco, exploring themes of obsession, transformation, and combat.
