Tomoe Mami Rule 34

Tomoe Mami is a veteran magical girl in the anime series Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, based in Mitakihara. She appears early in the story and rescues Kaname Madoka and Miki Sayaka from a witch's familiar, later becoming a mentor figure to them. Outwardly composed and graceful, she hides a deep loneliness rooted in her past. She also takes leading roles in spin-off works such as Tomoe Mami no Heibon Na Nichijou and The Different Story. Her look is distinctive: blonde hair styled in twin drills with a flower hairclip, yellow eyes, and a magical girl outfit featuring a beret, puffy-sleeved white blouse, detached sleeves, corset, pleated skirt, striped thighhighs, and boots. She fights with a summoned magical musket. Fan artists often focus on her elegant costume, her drill hair, and her poised but melancholic demeanor, frequently pairing her with Madoka, Homura, Sayaka, and Charlotte, and depicting her signature musket techniques.
