Vertin (Reverse:1999) Rule 34

Vertin is the central player character of the mobile game Reverse:1999, where she is known as the Timekeeper. She is an active participant in the story, engaging in dialogue and driving the narrative forward. Visually, she is distinguished by her grey hair and grey eyes, and she typically wears a Victorian-inspired purple suit with an ascot, black boots, and a boater hat. This attire gives her a refined and somewhat anachronistic appearance. In terms of personality, Vertin is portrayed as determined, observant, and deeply involved in the events of her world. Fan artists are drawn to her for her striking design and the variety of outfits she wears across different events and collaborations, which range from seasonal attire to crossover costumes. Her consistent presence and expressive role in the game have made her a popular subject for fan art, with artists often emphasizing her distinctive style and the atmosphere of the game's setting.
