Waver Velvet Rule 34

Waver Velvet is a mage from the Fate franchise, introduced in Fate/Zero as a talented but overlooked young practitioner who steals a summoning catalyst to enter the Fourth Holy Grail War. He summons the heroic spirit Rider, and their partnership becomes one of the story's defining relationships. In later works he is known as Lord El-Melloi II, a respected teacher and investigator within the magical community. Visually, Waver is recognisable for his slight build, dark shoulder-length hair, and tired, sharp-eyed expression, often dressed in a long coat or formal academy attire. His personality blends insecurity, stubborn pride, and genuine intellectual curiosity. Fan artists frequently draw him alongside Rider, highlighting the contrast between the towering king and his anxious summoner. Other common subjects include his older El-Melloi II persona, his academy outfit, and crossover appearances such as the Zhuge Liang vessel in Fate/Grand Order.
