Yakumo Yukari Rule 34

Yakumo Yukari is a powerful youkai from the Touhou Project series, known as the Youkai of Boundaries. She serves as the Phantasm Stage boss in Perfect Cherry Blossom and later appears as a recurring playable character. Yukari is responsible for maintaining the border between Gensokyo and the outside world, but she often neglects her duties to sleep or slack off, delegating tasks to her shikigami, Yakumo Ran, and Ran's shikigami, Chen. She has long blonde hair adorned with multiple red bows, and her eyes are either yellow or purple. Her attire typically includes a white mob cap with a red ribbon and either a frilled white dress with juliet sleeves and a purple tabard or a purple dress with puffy short sleeves and white elbow gloves. She is often seen carrying a pink parasol or a folding fan. Fan artists frequently depict her using her boundary-manipulating powers, especially her gaps, and explore her playful, trollish personality, as well as her relationships with characters like Ibuki Suika, Saigyouji Yuyuko, and Hakurei Reimu.
