9S (Nier:automata) Rule 34

9S is a central character in the NieR series, introduced as a scanner android in NieR:Automata. He is a highly curious and emotional model whose role is to investigate and gather intelligence, often working alongside the combat unit 2B. His design features short white hair, a black blindfold visor, and a dark gothic outfit with gloves and high boots, giving him a sleek, youthful silhouette. In personality, he is earnest, inquisitive, and prone to strong feelings, which contrasts with his mechanical nature and drives much of the story's drama. Fan artists frequently depict him together with 2B, exploring their partnership and emotional bond, and also place him in crossover scenarios with characters such as Cloud Strife and Sephiroth. Common visual focuses include his blindfold, short hair, gloves, and the contrast between his pale hair and dark clothing, as well as cosplay and ensemble compositions.
