Cirno Rule 34
Cirno is an ice fairy from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as a boss in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and later becoming a recurring playable character. She lives near the Misty Lake by the Scarlet Devil Mansion and is known for her overconfident claim of being the strongest, despite being a relatively weak fairy. Her childish behavior and frequent failures have earned her the nickname '⑨' (nine), symbolizing idiocy in fan culture. She has short blue hair with a blue bow, blue eyes, and ice-crystal wings. Her outfit consists of a white collared shirt with puffy sleeves, a blue pinafore dress, and a red bowtie, sometimes with Mary Janes or barefoot. Fan artists often depict her with an arrogant yet cute demeanor, freezing frogs, or leading Team 9. She is also associated with Cirno Day on September 9th and various fan-made adaptations.
