Rumia Rule 34

Rumia is a youkai from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as the stage one boss in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Known as the Youkai of the Dusk, she has the ability to manipulate darkness, which she uses to hunt humans. She avoids sunlight by cloaking herself in darkness, but this habit impairs her own vision. She is often associated with Team 9, a group of lower-tier characters. Her catchphrase, "Is that so~?", and the fan tradition of Rumia Day on the seventh of each month are well-known among fans. She has short blonde hair with a red bow, red eyes, and wears a white collared shirt, red ascot, black vest and skirt, white socks, and red shoes. Fan artists frequently depict her with arms spread in a crucifixion pose or as a black sphere with only her ribbon visible. Her simple design and quirky personality make her a popular subject for fan art.
