Fukuda Haru Rule 34

Fukuda Haru is a character from the Girls und Panzer franchise, introduced in the film Girls und Panzer der Film. She serves as the commander of a Type 95 Ha-Go light tank for Chi-Hatan Academy's tankery team. In the series, she is among the older students who are initially devoted to the charge, but she begins to seek a more effective approach after observing the strategies of Oarai Girls Academy's Team Duck during an exhibition match and a subsequent battle against a university selection team. Visually, she is recognized by her short hair and often appears in fan art with a towel on her head, particularly in indoor or bathing scenes. Fan artists frequently depict her in humorous or relaxed situations, sometimes alongside other Chi-Hatan Academy characters such as Nishi Kinuyo, Tamada Tamaki, and Aki. Common themes in her gallery include multiple girls, nudity, and expressive moments, reflecting her growing presence in the fandom.
