Nishi Kinuyo Rule 34

Nishi Kinuyo is a character from the anime franchise Girls und Panzer, first appearing in the theatrical film Der Film. She serves as the commanding officer of the Chi-Hatan Academy tankery team and rides as tank commander of a Type 97 medium tank. Outwardly she comes across as hot-blooded and impulsive, prone to jumping to conclusions and ignoring advice, and she leads her team in the academy's traditional massed charge with a loud battle cry. Beneath that bravado she privately questions whether the charge is effective and has learned to weigh the counsel of her teammate Fukuda Haru. Fan artists often depict her with long black hair and a confident, energetic expression, frequently smiling or shouting. She is commonly drawn alongside fellow Chi-Hatan teammates such as Fukuda Haru, Tamada Tamaki and Hosomi Shizuko, as well as commanders from other schools like Darjeeling and Kay, in group compositions that emphasise her role as a spirited leader.
