Hiei (Kancolle) Rule 34

Hiei is a character from the mobile game and anime Kantai Collection, where she is the personification of the Japanese battleship Hiei. She is part of the Kongou-class of fast battleships, and like her sisters, she wears a modified miko uniform with a green skirt, thigh-high boots, and a distinctive winged hairband. She has short brown hair that is flipped back and purple eyes. In terms of personality, Hiei is often portrayed as energetic and somewhat scatterbrained, with a deep admiration for her older sister Kongou. This devotion sometimes leads fans to depict her as having a sister complex or as being romantically interested in Kongou. She is also known for her terrible cooking, particularly her curry, which is infamous for its unappetizing appearance and taste. Fan artists frequently focus on her affectionate relationship with Kongou, her comedic culinary failures, and her signature catchphrase "Hieee!". Her various in-game outfits, such as her Kai Ni and seasonal costumes, are also popular subjects for fan art.
