Hinanawi Tenshi Rule 34

Hinanawi Tenshi is a celestial from the Touhou Project series, first appearing as the final boss of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. Once human, she now resides in Heaven and possesses the ability to manipulate land and weather. Her motivation often stems from boredom, leading her to cause chaos. She wields the Sword of Hisou, a weapon exclusive to celestials, and is accompanied by floating keystones adorned with a shimenawa and shide. Tenshi has long blue hair, red eyes, and typically a modest bust. She wears a black hat decorated with a peach and a leaf, a white collared shirt with frills and puffy short sleeves, a red bowtie, a frilled blue skirt, and sometimes a white waist apron with a rainbow gradient rope and brown cross-laced boots. Fans frequently depict her as a masochist, based on her demand for punishment in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, though this is canonically a desire for a good fight. She is often shown interacting with other characters, particularly Kazami Yuuka. Her nickname includes Tenko.
