Hoshino Ruri Rule 34

Hoshino Ruri is a central character in the science-fiction anime series Kidou Senkan Nadesico. She serves as the primary operator aboard the battleship Nadesico, handling navigation, sensors, and tactical data with exceptional speed and precision. Visually, she is recognised by her short, pale hair, calm expression, and understated uniform, which contrasts sharply with the more colourful and excitable crew around her. Her personality is famously stoic and deadpan; she speaks in a flat, monotone voice and rarely shows emotion, yet her loyalty to the ship and its crew is unwavering. Beneath the reserved exterior lies a thoughtful and quietly caring individual. Fan artists are drawn to her minimalist design and the challenge of conveying subtle feeling through her blank expression. Common subjects include her seated at her console, scenes with the Nadesico bridge crew, and softer or more humorous interpretations that play against her usual impassivity.
