Iowa (Kancolle) Rule 34

Iowa is a character from the mobile game Kantai Collection, where she is the personification of the United States Navy battleship USS Iowa. She is depicted as a tall, energetic woman with long blonde hair and grey-blue eyes. Her outfit is a stylized naval uniform: a grey corset bearing her hull number, a blue shirt tied at the front, American flag-patterned thigh-high stockings, fingerless gloves, and rudder-shaped boots. She also wears a miniskirt and a belt with the US Navy emblem. Her rigging includes multiple gun turrets and anti-aircraft mounts. In personality, Iowa is loud, friendly, and enthusiastic, often mixing English words into her Japanese speech, though her English is famously broken. Fan artists frequently draw her with the mascot Rensouhou-chan and in her Setsubun variant. Common focuses include her expressive faces, such as winking with her tongue out or star-shaped pupils, and her revealing outfit that highlights her cleavage and off-shoulder top.
