Izayoi Sakuya Rule 34

Sakuya Izayoi is a character from the Touhou Project series, serving as the head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and personal attendant to its mistress, Remilia Scarlet. She is the only human in the household and is known for her mastery of throwing knives and her ability to manipulate time, allowing her to slow or stop it. This power often draws comparisons to Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Sakuya is fiercely loyal to Remilia and is frequently depicted in fan works as strict with the gatekeeper, Hong Meiling, though their canonical relationship is more friendly. She has medium-length grey hair styled in twin braids with green bows, and her eye color varies between blue and red. Her attire consists of a maid headdress, a black bowtie, a blue vest or pinafore dress over a white collared shirt with puffy sleeves, a white waist apron, white socks, and black shoes or brown boots. Fan artists often focus on her elegant maid aesthetic, her time-stopping abilities, and her interactions with other characters, particularly Remilia and Meiling. Memes about her use of breast padding also appear in fan art.
