Kashima (Kancolle) Rule 34

Kashima is a character from the mobile game and anime franchise Kantai Collection, where she represents the Japanese training cruiser of the same name. She is designed by Parsley-F and voiced by Kayano Ai. Visually, she has wavy grey hair styled in twintails with sidelocks, and bluish-grey eyes with a tsurime shape. Her outfit is a white double-breasted military jacket with black buttons and trim, gold epaulettes, a red neckerchief, white gloves, a pleated charcoal miniskirt, black kneehighs, and sandal-like shoes. She wears a black beret adorned with two flag-like flaps, which are the signal flags Uniform and Yankee, meaning 'I am carrying out exercises. Please keep clear of me,' reflecting her training cruiser role. Her rigging includes large binoculars, a depth charge launcher carried like a briefcase, a bridge on a strap like a purse, and a back-mounted platform with twin searchlights and twin-cannon turrets. Fan artists often depict her in various outfits and situations, sometimes emphasizing her innocent personality or her physical attributes.
