Metroid (Creature) Rule 34
The Metroid is the titular creature of the Metroid video game series. It is a floating, jellyfish-like organism with a translucent green body, four red nuclei, and two sets of fangs. Originating from the planet SR388, Metroids were introduced to Zebes and are known for their ability to drain life energy from nearly any living thing. They are the only natural predator of the X Parasites. In fan art, Metroids are often depicted alongside Samus Aran, the series' protagonist, and sometimes other characters like Ken Masters, Pikachu, Princess Peach, and Mario. Artists frequently explore the creature's parasitic nature, emphasizing its predatory traits. The gallery may also include advanced forms such as Alpha, Gamma, Zeta, Omega, and Queen Metroids, as well as the Mochtroid and Metroid Prime. Due to their alien and monstrous appearance, Metroids are a popular subject for crossover and speculative artwork.
