Ryuujou (Kancolle) Rule 34

Ryuujou is a character from the video game Kantai Collection, where she personifies the Japanese light aircraft carrier of the same name. She is designed by Kuuro Kuro and voiced by Hidaka Rina. Visually, she has long brown hair in twintails, brown eyes, and a slender build. Her outfit includes a maroon kariginu-style vest over a white shirt, a black pleated skirt, a magatama necklace, and a visor cap inspired by her real-life ship's bow. She also wears thigh straps with anti-aircraft guns, white socks, and platform footwear. In battle, she launches aircraft using a flight deck scroll that emits blue flames bearing the words 'Imperial Edict'. She speaks in Kansai dialect and is affectionately nicknamed 'RJ'. Fan artists often focus on her distinctive silhouette, her rivalry with other carriers, and humorous depictions of her flat chest, despite her in-game confidence. Her various seasonal and collaboration outfits also provide inspiration for fanart.
