Ultimate Madoka is a transcendent form of Kaname Madoka from the anime series Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. She appears in the final episode after Madoka wishes to eliminate all witches, unlocking her full magical potential and becoming a goddess-like entity. Her appearance is ethereal: she has extremely long pink hair styled in twin tails with white bows, yellow eyes, and pink wings. She wears a white choker, a white bolero with pink gems and short layered sleeves, white gloves, a high-low white dress with a low neckline, frills, and a space print on the inner side, along with pink thighhighs and white winged pumps. In fan art, she is often depicted with a serene smile, and her hair is sometimes shown extending beyond the frame. She is frequently drawn alongside other versions of Madoka, Homura Akemi, and occasionally characters from other series. Fans affectionately call her 'Madokami' or 'Godoka'. Her design was renewed in Walpurgis no Kaiten, where she appears as a massive, expressionless figure, referred to as 'enkan-chan' or 'nukegara-chan' by fans.
