Kamishirasawa Keine Rule 34

Keine Kamishirasawa is a character from the Touhou Project series, first appearing in Imperishable Night. She is a were-hakutaku and a schoolteacher in the Human Village, with the ability to consume history to protect the village from youkai. In her normal form, she has bluish-white hair and wears a matching blue dress. During a full moon, she transforms into her hakutaku form, gaining greenish-white hair, a green dress, and horns, along with the power to create and alter history. In fan works, she is often depicted as a strict teacher who disciplines students with a headbutt, and she is sometimes paired with Fujiwara no Mokou as a friend or with Morichika Rinnosuke as a colleague. Fan artists frequently focus on her dual appearance, emphasizing the contrast between her human and hakutaku forms, as well as her role as an educator.
