Kitakami (Kancolle) Rule 34

Kitakami is a character from the mobile game and anime Kantai Collection, where she represents the Japanese light cruiser of the same name. She is a Kuma-class cruiser, designed by Shibafu and voiced by Ootsubo Yuka. Visually, she has long black hair styled in a braid and purple eyes. Her standard attire includes a green shirt with a sailor collar, black neckerchief, green pleated skirt, black socks with white stripes, and brown loafers. Her rigging features a funnel and foremast on her back, a 14 cm handgun mount, and twin 61 cm torpedo tubes on her left arm. In terms of personality, Kitakami is unpredictable: she can be genuinely kind, but also enjoys trolling others, especially Abukuma, and often expresses annoyance with destroyers. She is known to boast about her abilities, calling herself 'Super Kitakami-sama' after remodeling. Her relationship with her sister Ooi is a major focus, varying from close friendship to romantic involvement, and sometimes a love triangle with the Admiral. Fan artists frequently depict her with Ooi, exploring their dynamic, and also focus on her various remodels and seasonal outfits.
