Ooi (Kancolle) Rule 34

Ooi is a character from the Kantai Collection franchise, representing the Japanese light cruiser of the same name. She is a Kuma-class cruiser, designed by Shibafu and voiced by Ootsubo Yuka. Visually, she has long brown hair and brown eyes. Her standard attire consists of a green shirt with a green sailor collar, a black neckerchief, a green pleated skirt, black socks with white stripes, and brown loafers. Her rigging includes her historical funnel and foremast mounted on her back, a 14 cm handgun mount, and twin 61 cm torpedo tubes on her left arm. In terms of personality, Ooi is often portrayed as intensely devoted to her sister ship Kitakami, sometimes to the point of obsession, earning her the nickname 'Ooi-cchi' from Kitakami. Fan artists frequently focus on this dynamic, depicting her as 'Kitakami-sexual' and exploring her romantic feelings. Additionally, her various seasonal and alternate outfits, such as Kai, Kai Ni, and holiday-themed versions, are popular subjects for fan art.
